How pricing works: The daily rate shown on each vehicle listing includes the vehicle only — airport pickup, chauffeur, additional driver and child seat are optional add-ons priced separately and shown in your price breakdown before you pay.
What's included: Vehicle inspection before pickup, 24/7 breakdown support, and a full policy sheet (mileage, fuel, minimum driver age, license requirements) on every vehicle page.

Chauffeur Service
Let a local driver take the wheel
What it is: A vetted local driver handles the route — especially useful for mountain roads to Nyungwe or Volcanoes National Park.
Who it's for: First-time visitors unfamiliar with Rwandan roads, families, or anyone who'd rather watch the scenery than the switchbacks.
How pricing works: A per-day chauffeur fee is added on top of the vehicle's daily rate — shown live in your price breakdown as soon as you select "Chauffeur."
What's included: A driver with local route knowledge, available on any chauffeur-eligible vehicle (marked on its listing).

What it is: Add airport pickup at checkout and provide your flight number — your vehicle or driver will be at Kigali International Airport arrivals when you land.
Who it's for: Every traveler arriving from abroad — it removes the very first friction point of the trip.
How pricing works: A flat airport pickup fee is added to your booking, shown in the price breakdown at checkout.
What's included: Flight tracking (so late arrivals are accounted for) and a driver holding a Rwanda Roadways sign at arrivals.
