When you search, book, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email, phone number, country of residence, driver's license/IDP details (for self-drive bookings), and payment details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us directly).

2. How we use it

We use this information to process bookings, communicate about your trip (confirmations, reminders, support), and improve our fleet and service — never to sell your data to third parties.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with our payment provider (to process payment) and, where relevant, an assigned chauffeur (pickup logistics only).

4. Data security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it to fulfill your booking.
