Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By booking a vehicle through Rwanda Roadways, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Driver Requirements & Insurance policy.

2. Eligibility to rent

Renters must meet the minimum driver age and license requirements stated on the specific vehicle they book. Requirements vary by vehicle category — see the Vehicle Detail page and our Driver Requirements & Insurance policy for full details.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment (in full, or a deposit, depending on our current payment settings) is received and you receive a booking reference. Prices, deposits, and fees are shown transparently in your price breakdown before you pay.

4. Permitted use of vehicles

Vehicles may only be driven by the renter (and any additional driver declared at booking) within Rwanda, subject to the mileage limit and fuel policy stated for that vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the insurance coverage and security deposit terms described in our Driver Requirements & Insurance policy.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
